Feedback

This is one of the most important sections of CoinMad. You should visit every user's feedback often, in order to check the status of their previous deals. Please be sure to check it out before you make a deal with someone. It will be your guide to more succesful transactions.

By visiting your feedback page, you're getting an idea of how you are doing so far with your deals and what other users say about you.

On the top of the feedback's page you may find your feedback score and your percentage.

Feedback score is the sum of all the positive and negative scores you have got. Each positive feedback received, equals to one unit and is added to your total score. Each negative feedback score received, equals to one unit and is subtracted from your total score.

Your feedback percentage is calculated in the following way :

Your positive feedback score multiplied by one hundred (100), divided by the total number of feedback units you have received. Feedback units in this case count as +1 regardless if they are positive or negative.

Example 1:

If you receive positive feedback by three users for three different deals, then your feedback score will be three (3). And your percentage will be [(100 * 3) / 3] % = (300 / 3) % = 100%.

Example 2:

If four users have left you positive feedback for four different deals and you have also received one negative feedback unit by another user, your feedback score will be three (3): (+4) + (-1) = +3. And your percentage will be [(100 * 4) / 5] % = (400 / 5) % = 80%

Some additional statistics about your activity in CoinMad so far, may also be found within the grey box.

Below the grey box there is a list with each individual feedback score you have received for each one of your deals on CoinMad, followed by users’ comments.

Some cool graphics are added to this page in order to make you understand with one look how reliable and powerful a user is.

Let’s explain in detail what these graphics mean :

a) Score Status (Newbie/Target Symbol)

As your feedback score grows, you are awarded with a different symbol that reflects your current status each time. With this way you will stand out of other users that are not as experienced as you are, on CoinMad!

Here is a list with the categories of feedback score icons and their meaning :

1) Newbie Symbol
- this sign means that your feedback score is from 0 to 5 units – each new user is automatically assigned with the Newbie Symbol.

2) Light Grey Target

- this Target means that your feedback score is from 6 to 19 units

3) Grey Target

b) Wealth Status (CoinMad/Golden Bar Suitcase Symbol)

Every time you complete a deal, either by inserting a Coin or by grabbing a Coin, the amount of money you either pay or receive is stored to our database. Each different amount is added to each other and the total sum reflects the total amount of money you have either paid or received. In a few words it’s your total turnover.

Based on this sum, you are awarded with the Suitcase Symbol. The bigger your Suitcase is, the more money you have “moved” through CoinMad.

Each new user is automatically assigned with the CoinMad Bar Suitcase Symbol.

TIPS

  • If someone has a very high feedback score doesn’t mean that he is a great user to make deals with. You should always check a user’s feedback score in combination with their percentage and their wealth status. For example someone may have made many deals, resulting to a feedback score of more than 100, but their percentage might be low, 60% for instance.
  • You may leave feedback anytime during the “Pending Deal” period. A deal will be considered as completed, when both sides have left each other feedback score.
